We were approached by Serjeants' Inn to consult on a complete overhaul of their web content and tone of voice. The fear was, that like the vast majority of London legal firms, their online presence had become a bit fusty. Over a series of meetings and brain-storming sessions with their design team, we hit upon a whole new direction. We helped to give their web copy a fresher feel - fewer words with far greater impact.
